Yara Residence is a newly-built complex of 4 independent homes, located in the village of Kampos, next to the airport.

Villa Yara is part of the complex - made with love and ready to receive a group of friends or a family of up to 7 people.

The villa features a private pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and dining area.
Guests can enjoy a terrace and a balcony with sitting areas, as well as a shared garden with BBQ.
Free parking is available on site.

Upper level:
-Two bedrooms with double beds

-Large balcony with sitting area

Ground level:
-Bedroom 3 (Double and single bed)
-Living room & dining area with direct access to the private pool.

The capital of Paros (Parikia) lies within a 20-minute drive.

We advise our guests to use some sort of transportation while they stay with us, should they wish to get around Paros.

We can help you with car rentals or airport/port pick up, upon your request.

Our group of six had an unforgettable time at this stunning Airbnb in Paros. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately clean, with more than enough room for everyone to relax comfortably.
The private swimming pool was a highlight—we spent hours lounging by the water, enjoying the sun and the peaceful atmosphere. The views from the villa are breathtaking, especially at sunset. Every evening felt like a postcard moment.
The kitchen was fully equipped, and we enjoyed a few meals on the terrace with local wine and fresh produce from the nearby market. Bedrooms were cozy and quiet, with excellent air conditioning and quality linens, making it easy to recharge after a day of exploring the island.
The location is perfect—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to charming villages, beautiful beaches, and great restaurants. Our host was incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed

We really enjoyed the house. It’s very well equipped, everything is new and impeccable. In the middle of the week, they sent us staff to clean the house and replace the towels, which we really appreciated. Someone also came to clean the pool. We enjoyed every corner, the pool and the grill. 10 points!!

Antonis is a great host, always responsive and helpful. The place is exactly as pictured and can accommodate a group of 6 adults easily. The villa is new but well equipped with holiday essentials (even has more amenities than initially listed e.g., iron machine, ironing board, etc.). The pool is cleaned on a daily basis and is a great spot to catch sunsets. Balcony upstairs is also fine to spend the evenings. Worth the visit.
